Leanne Allen
Leanne Allen is a true Georgia native as she was born and raised in Lawrenceville, Georgia. Her studies took her to Georgia State University where she completed her Bachelor's and Master's degree in Cardiopulmonary Sciences. Leanne began her career in healthcare with a deep passion for working in the NICU as a Respiratory Therapist. Leanne won many awards and honors while working at the hospital and briefly taught as a part time instructor as Georgia State University.
Since 2009, Leanne has lived in the Smyrna/ Vinings area and has thoroughly enjoyed what the community has to offer. As her family began to grow, her focus changed and she decided to pursue her passion for Real Estate with the encouragement of her husband Jake, whom she married in 2012. Leanne's healthcare background has given many attributes to her Real Estate career as she is very detail oriented, realizes time is of the essence, and is an advocate for her clients.
As the Number 1 Individual Agent at Keller Williams Cityside and member of the National Association of Realtors, Leanne is a top producing agent and is ranked in the top 1% in production per GAMLS. She is a member of the Agent Leadership Council (ALC) as well as the Live Luxury Atlanta group which is the highest performing Luxury division in the Southeast. Leanne is experienced in working with Luxury sales, new construction homes, and resales in suburban areas around Metro Atlanta. She has worked with clients in finding or selling homes from every facet of life; the first-time home buyer, the next perfect family home, and investors looking to build their portfolio. Her diversity has been important to her success in helping clients with various needs when buying or selling real estate. In addition, Leanne utilizes current social media trends, networking, and proven marketing techniques to deliver results to her clients.
On a more personal side, Leanne has two children named Avery and Luke as well as two dogs Penny and Max! She calls herself a "foodie" and loves to try new restaurants around Atlanta. Leanne loves unique art and has favorite artists such as Atlanta local Steve Penley and 30A artist Justin Gaffrey.
